Burton Latimer Dog Club has been helping local people train their dogs for over 35 years. It has always been run by its committee members, and operates on a not for profit basis, with everyone involved giving their time voluntarily.
We aim to make the classes enjoyable for you and your dog, while promoting the use of a positive reinforcement style of training.
Our classes are part of the Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme and you can find out more about the scheme and the classes we offer on the CLASSES tab.
You are welcome to come along to the Burton Latimer Community Centre in Pioneer Avenue on Tuesday evenings, when you can watch the classes and ask any questions you may have.
You don't have to wait until you get a new puppy before you come and see us, in fact, we would suggest you contact us before you get your puppy as places in the Puppy Foundation classes are snapped up very quickly.
Our staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping dogs and their owners. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that both dogs and their owners feel comfortable and supported throughout the training process.
